Apex 49 is a reaction-time game. It collects the smallest amount of data a global leaderboard can work with, and nothing else. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
What the app collects

What the app does not collect
- No name, email address, phone number or postal address
- No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access
- No advertising identifier (IDFA), and no device fingerprinting
- No analytics or crash-reporting services
- No browsing or search history
- No payment information. The app has no purchases of any kind
Tracking
Apex 49 does not track you. Nothing it stores is linked with data from other companies’ apps or websites, shared with data brokers, or used for advertising or advertising measurement.
Data kept on your device
Your ladder progress, your records and your sound, haptics and effects preferences are stored on your device only. Deleting the app removes them. They are not backed up to us.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple’s leaderboards and your Game Center nickname may be visible to other players alongside your times. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. You can play without signing in; you simply will not receive a personal rank.
Children
Apex 49 is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. It collects nothing beyond what is listed above from any user, regardless of age, and it contains no advertising, no purchases, no messaging and no user-generated content.
Retention and deletion
Leaderboard entries are kept while the game is running so the field stays meaningful. To have your stored times removed, email the address below from the Apple ID associated with your entries and we will delete them. You can also remove your Game Center scores yourself through Apple’s Game Center settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top.
